I booked an off peak haircut during my lunch break, for £16. I then recieved an email telling me to cancel my booking with Treatwell because that offer was "for new customers only" and i would have to pay £30 with a 5% discount and a free blow dry for the inconvenience... At this point I just decided to pay the extra because I really needed a haircut! Service when I arrived was unfriendly, just concerned with getting the money out of me. No tea or coffee offered, unfriendly reception and I never even got my blow dry. Haircut was fine but not as high a quality as I've had with them before (and I have definitely booked other discounted haircuts with Treatwell through them, despite not being a new customer). Haircuts are decent but not enough so to make up for the dishonesty and sneakiness of the way they do business.
