First time at this salon: it was a pleasant experience with a warm welcome. I would have liked to rate my experience higher, and my stylist was nice and friendly, but sadly the cut wasn’t what I had asked for - I wanted a layered style and I was given a straight cut. I tried emphasizing my want for layers, not a straight cut & showed an inspiration photo too but I was told my hair was finished - I didn’t feel there was anything else I could say to try to get the style I wanted.

Had a lovely appointment with Jordan today he was attentive and easy to talk to you, wish him all the best for the future. The salon has a private room upstairs which is very inclusive and nice.

Love having Jordan style my hair. He puts a lot of attention and care to doing the hair. Even does a head massage whilst washing which is a nice touch. Gives the best hair cuts and blow drys and will definitely be back soon.
