Hi there, Natalie was lovely and the salon is pretty, but unfortunately my one length hair cut was left half an inch longer on one side that the other, so much so that I can’t wear my hair down: I did report this at the cut but Natalie said it will settle down. Unfortunately it didn’t . Im really disappointed as I heard good things about the salon but they won’t help me out to have this corrected and even it out, even as a dry cut.
