I booked via treatwell, and arrived on time I was kept waiting for 45 minutes before I had my haircut, as there was confusion over the booking. This is the second time I have booked via treatwell, and the staff do not seem to translate the treatwell bookings onto their booking system so double book slots as a result. There was no apology from the reception team or explanation given. The haircut I eventually got was adequate, but the hairdresser was rushed so not the best haircut I have had.
I won't be returning, even though it offers good deals on haircuts, you get what you pay for.... I would rather pay more and have better customer service.

So impressed and happy with my experience today. Consultation & hair cut with Elona was brilliant, we talked through the options and I’ve come away with the best haircut I’ve had. Feels lovely and I’m super happy. Very relaxing hair wash by Elif or Ellie (apologies couldn’t quite catch her name) will certainly be going back regularly. Thank you! Highly recommend.
