I asked for about an inch off and long layers put in, instead my hair is much shorter than I wanted with uneven, messy layers.
He explained what he was doing as he went along and it sounded like he knew what he was doing, but everyone was talking with each other and it felt like he wasn’t looking at my hair while cutting it.
After cutting it he said he’d style my hair for free which I thought was nice, but now I think it was to cover up how bad my hair is. When I left I thought it looked alright as he’d styled it, but when I got home I realised just how bad it is.
I’m going to have to go somewhere else ASAP to get it fixed, which will probably leave me with much shorter hair, and in the mean time I have to wear it up, or it’s just embarrassing.
Avoid — should be taken off Treatwell.
