I loved my curls after my blow dry. Eddie did a great job. The girl who shampood my hair didn't speak English as she said which meant there's a slight challenge with telling her the water was too hot for me or if I'd like more pressure while she was doing the head massage. Some staff including my stylist often spoke in their own language which made me feel uncomfortable, I don't know about how other customers felt.
