Whilst Tanya tried her best to give me a thorough facial, I was left feeling disappointed and very upset! I have a Dermalogica prescriptive facial many times however this one was just torture, the extraction was unbearable painfully! I have had extraction done in the last and in no way should it feel like someone is cutting your skin! My face both after and for the following days was horrific! Covered in red scratches and blemishes! I won’t be returning!

Everyone but my hairdresser was lovely. He didn’t listen to what I wanted and cut off way more than we agreed. The person who washed my hair left conditioner in it so the hairdresser couldn’t dry my hair. I was left with what could only be described as a wet birds nest left on my head. I almost cried leaving the salon. Never ever again.
