This was an excellent wax - relatively pain-free and such a thorough job!
Michaela has a very laid back approach, which would certainly calm anyone who gets 'the fear' with waxing; the environment is more functional than luxury, but it was one of the best outcomes I have had in some time!

HWS were great, particularly in view of the fact that (the same as the other two occasions on which I have foolishly attempted to use Treatwell) they had not received the booking and didn't know we were coming, plus Treatwell's prices were all wrong. Fitted me in anyway and were very friendly and helpful.
