It is very rare that I leave a negative review and I get no joy in doing so. This was my third time at HWS; previous experiences have been OK. On this occasion, the hairdresser in question was running behind by an hour, but did not state this and just kept pushing back my slot. I received no apology or compensation for the delay.
My request was for a half-head of highlights and as minimal a cut as possible. To give due credit, the colour is very good and I am happy with it, but the cut left me very unhappy. He just kept snipping more and more off until I had to request he stopped. It went from an initial statement of "half an inch" to around 3 inches, which I found quite upsetting.
