I've really been holding off writing this review because I hate saying negative things about people.
However, I feel like I have to share about my perm experience to deter anyone else from getting one here.
I'd been to this salon before for a haircut, and the place is lovely and I genuinely had a lovely time which is why I came back to get a perm here.
During the session I had a feeling that it wasn't going to turn out well but I thought I'll trust the professionals (this is my first perm) and I'm sure it'll be fine. I asked for loose waves but got super small ringlets, and I already have really thick hair so now I look like a triangle when my hair fully dries. They also broke some of my hair right in the middle/front of my hairline so now I have tiny bits of poky hair sticky out trying to grow back.
During the treatment I felt like the staff were stressed. They were muttering to eachother in a language I couldn't understand which made me feel quite uncomfortable, they seemed to be arguing about the number of rollers or something.
All in all, I would definitely not recommend someone gets a perm here. A haircut, style etc.. maybe, but unfortunately I will not go to this salon again which is a shame.

The hair stylist was amazing, the mani&pedi wasn’t as good as I’ve had at another vendor, a couple of my nails have turned out a bit lumpy and the treatment was done in what felt like a hallway.
