The salon is pleasant enough and my facial was good. It felt like the person carrying out my facial was quite new to the salon just because the relaxing music on her phone kept cutting out and playing adverts (not relaxing!), the temperature control was a bit off (I was quite cold at times) and there were a few problems controlling the lights so I was blinded a couple of times. The facial itself was good though.
