My nails are excellent! There was a surprise cost which I couldn’t afford.
The lady was so good and the massage was so relaxing!
The room was too cramped though so not as comfy as I would have liked

Overall a good facial, but the setting is not remotely relaxing! I could hear the hairdressers chatting away and the music blaring even though Tanya had her IPod on. The treatment itself was ok- she told me what she was going to do and she used Decleor instead of Dermalogica when I told her I was tired! That was great- it felt tailored to my needs. The only complaint I have is when I had the mask on she left me for 15 mins- I would have probably expected a hand or shoulder massage on that time as in all my experience of facials I have never been left in a room for that length of time before!

Great wax, the therapist was really thorough. My only complaint was that she didn’t leave the room when I was getting changed, I find that uncomfortable and a bit awkward especially in a small room. There was also no chair or hooks for my clothes so had to put them on the floor.
