Great wax, the therapist was really thorough. My only complaint was that she didn’t leave the room when I was getting changed, I find that uncomfortable and a bit awkward especially in a small room. There was also no chair or hooks for my clothes so had to put them on the floor.

I was really happy with the end result of my definition brows. The tint was not left on for very long and did not fully cover some of my stubborn greys so I would definitely ask for more time to be given to allow it to develop in future.

Although some switch arounds with the times, the staff were all amazing and even offered me 20% off my overall price for the changes.

The beautician i had booked for was not available, but that was fine as the beautician i was provided with was just as lovely and very quick :-)
