I asked for a balayage and even showed several pictures to clearly describe what I wanted. He said he understood, but I ended up with no highlights and no visible difference at all. After just two weeks, my hair turned half ginger. An incredible disaster. I paid £235 for absolutely no change and wasted four hours for nothing.

I have been visiting Tanya since two year for eyebrow and facial threading and she is the best, highly experienced in shaping eyebrows and also very friendly. I could not never find an eyebrow expert like her in muswell hill. Thanks for your service.
