Technician was polite helpful and efficient, she didn't ask me how thin I wanted my browns before she started and i forgot to specify, but she erred on the side of caution and offered me a mirror and the option to make them smaller if desired.

You need hot wax for bikini waxes if that is what has been booked. If you must use strip wax it needs to be hot enough. Need to get your equipment sorted and if it is faulty inform the customer in advance not upon arrival.
