Absolutely horrendous, I can honestly say that this was the worst experience at any beauty salon/clinic I have had in my life. I went for a facial for the first time at this clinic, the lady doing it didn't do any tests on my skin, didn't ask any questions, but proceeded straight away, and in performing the exfoliation process, removed huge chunks of my skin. My skin immediately began to sting, and when I told her that it felt sore, she replied that it would "calm down". It didn't. I woke up the next day with what looked like five huge grazes and scabs across my chin, forehead, cheek and at either temple. It took over a week for the skin to heel, and there is still a large red mark on the side of my face. I visited the salon in person to complain and they advised me to take antihistamine medication, even though it was not an allergic reaction, my skin had been taken off. When I persisted in my complaint, someone from the clinic called to offer a hydration treatment as compensation (which I didn't accept for obvious reasons) but ultimately told me that it was my fault for having "sensitive skin". Completely unacceptable, and frankly dangerous. I would be avoiding at all costs.
Firstly my appointment was at 5.45 but they thought it was at 5pm so not sure what happened there but luckily I was able to go straight in. I had a half leg wax which was very painful and has left me with some bruising where the wax was dragged across my skin too hard. I also have patches of hair left untouched which isn't very good. As for the lash tint, it hasn't lasted - maybe was good for 2 days, so a waste of money.

The lady who did my wax was very thorough and did a great job. The room was a little shabby and could use a bit of a refurbishment. I was also concerned that there was no disposable towel/napkin between myself and the table.

I wasn't surprise when I read other people bad experiences in this place, I also made in advanced booking on this website and when I went there, they couldn't find me on their system and starting blaming this website (that it didn't inform them about new appointments) so they were unprepared for me (I was feeling as if it was my fault, not theirs) anyway one of the staff felt (sorry!) for me and offered me some of her precious time as she was fully booked (I don't know even how this place can be fully booked!!!) and as I was the one to blamed for this (unexpected) appointment she said she will start my treatment but she has to stop and may be leave me with her colleague if her (Booked) customer comes. Anyways she done an eye brows and whole face threading for me in less than 5 minutes, I asked her not to take very much from my eye brow as I don't like them to be thin but as she was doing me a favourite in 5 minutes I had to shut my mouth and accepted the results. I had a terrible experience in this place and I will never go back there even if they offer me a free treatment. Just an advice DO NOT WASTES YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND READ THE REVIEWS WELL BEFORE YOU BOOK!
