The staff are lovely here, very friendly. My microdermabrasion was excellent. My eyebrows unfortunately weren't great. It was painless and the beautician really nice but I'm quite fussy about my eyebrow and she over plucked them. I'll definitely be back fir other treatments

Absolutely horrendous, I can honestly say that this was the worst experience at any beauty salon/clinic I have had in my life. I went for a facial for the first time at this clinic, the lady doing it didn't do any tests on my skin, didn't ask any questions, but proceeded straight away, and in performing the exfoliation process, removed huge chunks of my skin. My skin immediately began to sting, and when I told her that it felt sore, she replied that it would "calm down". It didn't. I woke up the next day with what looked like five huge grazes and scabs across my chin, forehead, cheek and at either temple. It took over a week for the skin to heel, and there is still a large red mark on the side of my face. I visited the salon in person to complain and they advised me to take antihistamine medication, even though it was not an allergic reaction, my skin had been taken off. When I persisted in my complaint, someone from the clinic called to offer a hydration treatment as compensation (which I didn't accept for obvious reasons) but ultimately told me that it was my fault for having "sensitive skin". Completely unacceptable, and frankly dangerous. I would be avoiding at all costs.
