A daming review I know, but I this was the worst massage experience I have ever had. The room was tiny and right next to a busy reception. The walls were so thin I could hear every phone call and conversation; I may as well have been lying in the reception. There was no music/attempt at setting any kind of ambience whatsoever. I booked for a full body Swedish but wanted to leave as soon as I got there so changed it to a back massage only. The lady I saw proceeded to alternate between stroking and scratching my back for 30mins (no proper massage technique + long nails). After enduring that she then met me at the desk and told me she 'thought it was about £45'. I asked if she could please check the actual price & braced myself to make a complaint (no way was I paying £45 for that). She then dropped I down to £35 so I cut my losses, paid & left. Awful place, awful service. Do not go here for a massage!
Swedish Massage
Great value and excellent shape to my eyebrows. Only negative is that there was a mix up with the booking. Originally booked through Treatwell for 12.30, but received a call saying they had double booked. Rearranged for 3pm, turned up, but they'd booked me in for 3.30pm.
