Amazing as always I love the girl that does my eyebrows, she talks me through the results I can be expecting, asks me what I want and does a very thorough threading job, first threading then tidying up with tweezers and finally cutting into shape with scrissors. Love the results every time, this place is great value and was a godsend!!!

I booked an eyebrow shape and tiny 24 hours in advance. I pre-paid. 45 minutes before my appointment it was cancelled. I understand that double bookings can happen, but when I finally got through to the salon(it took me about 10 times calling) I was greeted with "we are too busy to fit you in" I asked did they have any availability in the next week, they said no. I asked for a refund. They told me no I had to contact wahanda and hung up. I will not be recommending this place to anyone. If that's how they treat their customers in the phone who knows what they are like in person. Extremely unprofessional!
Great treatment with friendly staff.. for a guy a wax is painful but they made an effort to ease the process.
