I booked an eyebrow shape and tiny 24 hours in advance. I pre-paid. 45 minutes before my appointment it was cancelled. I understand that double bookings can happen, but when I finally got through to the salon(it took me about 10 times calling) I was greeted with "we are too busy to fit you in" I asked did they have any availability in the next week, they said no. I asked for a refund. They told me no I had to contact wahanda and hung up. I will not be recommending this place to anyone. If that's how they treat their customers in the phone who knows what they are like in person. Extremely unprofessional!
