the place looks cool and the lady is lovely, but I had the feeling she was not sure of what she was doing. the result was ok but she neglected some areas, I realised it only later on at home
Ladies' Waxing
I booked this a week in advance and arrived to be told that the treatment was no longer available with threading and that there was a new alternate booking option, despite the fact that I had ordered it the same way on 3 different occasions. I was made to feel it was my fault for making an incorrect booking, however, checking the site again now, there is no 'threading' option, just shape and tint. I was told that the beautician could only pluck my eyebrows which I can do at home. This is not what I paid for, so I declined and am now awaiting a refund. As a result of not being notified the treatment had changed, the treatment I required was not carried out in time for an important engagement. Previously loved this salon for quality and value, but it now appears to be hit and miss. The staff were rude and dismissive, said I should come back tomorrow, despite the fact that I had booked time off specifically, and only apologised when I expressed that I had an important function that was now impacted by their inability to do this treatment. I won't be returning to this business.

The treatment was lovely , just disappointed with how late my treatment started . My treatment started 20 minutes late but overall the treatment was lovely and so was the therapist

I did Eyebrow threading, very pleased, the beautician did a great job and was very attentive, will go back again

Great service, lovely staff, good location close to Clapham South. Very attentive and ask and discuss expectations and possible results. Will definitely keep coming back!
