The treatment I was given was not the one I booked, it was a facial that costs £15 less. I contacted them for a refund and was assured this would be issued within 3-5 working days. Nine working days later, and still no refund and no response to my email chasing the payment. The salon is disorganised. I booked through Treatwell, a couple of days later I got a text message saying that the appointment time wasn't available. Apparently, they had called the day before but not left a message!
