Facial was amazing - extraction was painful but worth it. Very relaxing facial massage and Melitta gave some great advice. Will be back!

Really disappointing. I felt like I was an inconvenience whilst the two therapists discussed who was going to have to treat me. My therapist didn’t ask any questions about my skin concerns. I asked for an extra towel to cover the top half of my body & the therapist made it obvious she didn’t want to give me one and said I wouldn’t need it. When the mask was applied she didn’t do a head massage (standard during a facial), instead she tapped away on her phone right behind my head. Awkward!
