Tracey was really pleasant and attentive. Upon arrival she assessed my hair, asked me about my haircare routine and immediately gave me the solution on how to treat my hair better. She helped me identify the root cause of my hair problem and advised me on how to treat it.
I've been to my fair share of hairdressers and none of them have diagnosed my hair like Tracey. She's truly a professional and knows the science behind hair, she's actually a hair doctor and my new hair doctor.
