great service, partition walls make it a little awkward, because you can hear every conversation going on around you

Pros: Lovely girl doing my eyelash extensions, really knowledgable and pleasant. It was also a relaxing atmosphere.
Cons: It was difficult getting through to the salon. My emails weren't responded to, and I had to call multiple times to get an answer. Also, there is only a half dividing wall between the rooms, so I could hear the entire conversation another lady was having while getting a wax.
Eyelash Extensions
Very lovely people . I had Lisa 😀. She was kind.. straight too the point and professional . I had electrosis for the first time . She made sure I wasn’t worried.
I couldn’t find the place and the receptionist helped me on the phone so that was great !

Electrolysis
Climb some very steep stairs to the top floor if a tired looking salon. Treatment rooms are curtained off, rather than separate rooms with doors, so I didn’t feel like I had the privacy i’d like fit such an intimate treatment.
The lady was efficient but lacked any empathy or chat to distract me. It was a painful wax - which sounds obvious but I used to have a beautician who managed to make it much less painful in London.
