Greeted at the door by the therapist and guided to waiting room - lots of current magazines to look at as I waited. The therapy room was small, but clean and inviting, with some low lighting and a heater on so the room was nice and cosy. The therapist was friendly, and both the body massage and facial were professionally delivered. I left with a great sense of wellbeing and feeling refreshed.
I understand that others have commented that the place looks a bit 'tired' and to a degree I can agree with this, but overall, I felt that the salon was clean and tidy, the therapist was competent and professional.
I have used iCandy a few times for treatments and have never been disappointed.
I was really glad I was able to book a massage at the last time (2 days before) and that I was able to do it online, rather than having to ring around salons and spas trying to find a last minute appointment.
Keep up the good work iCandy - I'll be back!

Was a last minute appointment which the owner of the salon kindly accommodated, despite being short staffed due to the snow. Lovely little personable salon, had a wax which is never the most relaxing, but was fine if a bit painful!

I was very impressed with my therapist. She did an amazing job of my waxing and, although waxing can never be pain-free, she made sure my attention was always on the conversation which helped so much! Never going anywhere else.
