Whilst the treatments were ok, my overall experience was disappointing. I was told they were running 5 mins late, 25 minutes someone came to get me.
The lady doing my treatments did apologise and overall I was satisfied with the wax. At the end of the treatment however, she said for me to get changed and then just disappeared to do a manicure for someone else. I had to let myself out, but when I got to the front door found out I had been locked in the salon. I then had to find someone to let me out (for context this salon is set over three floors). For the money I paid the way I was treated was really disappointing.
Also a large lump of wax was left on the back of my foot which caused the back of my sock and trainer to stick and rub to my skin - I now have a nice bit of raw skin at the back of my foot!

My nails were in dire need of some TLC after having a bad bio removal from another salon, and the overlays I got today are perfect and look great. Really paid attention to detail and is a neat and clean looking job. Very quick considering the care taken to make them look nice and uniform and I will definitely be going back!

Nice therapist. They are clearly aware it can get a bit cold in the room I was in as they had a heater on but it still wasn’t really warm enough for not having many clothes on - maybe another heater or a more powerful heater would help in order to make the experience more relaxing.
