When I entered the salon and walked up to the desk, the member of staff didn’t notice me - she was on her phone looking at news stories.
The member of staff performing the wax didn’t seem to want to be there. There were some bits of wax that she didn’t remove - I found this out when the paper knickers were stuck when I tried to take them off! I continued to find bits of wax for the rest of the day which I had to remove myself.
