Delighted to have found a good hot wax place in Central Bristol! Rhian was friendly and professional and gave me a neat and (nearly) pain-free wax. The place is clean although the treatment rooms don't feel that private with just a curtain entrance. Very narrow steep stairs so not suitable if you have accessibility requirements. Perfect for me though, I'll be back!

Good service. Staff was nice. Place seems a bit old, def needs refurbishing. Saw a big piece of used wax on the floor
