I had a hollywood wax, it was the first time I experienced hot wax and the results are amazing!! Dee was absolutely fab, she was so quick and professional and she's hilarious which put me right at ease! I love the girly, vintage feel to the place and the location is perfect because it's in the town centre but tucked away. I felt really comfortable there and I booked my next appointment straight after!

Went to I.d for my first Hollywood wax. Ingrid was very reassuring and made me feel really comfortable. Results are amazing and didn't hurt half as much as I expected it to! Also had my eyebrows done and very happy with them. Couldn't praise Ingrid's enough.

Hands down the best intimate area waxing experience so far!! I've had quite a few Hollywoods and Brazilians in London but had never plucked up the courage to go somewhere near where I now live. I have been missing out!! Dee was an absolute gem, I was done in 15 mins with barely any discomfort that I have experienced with waxing in the past! I was made to feel right at ease, the venue was beautifully decorated and soothing. Couldn't recommend any more!! Will most definitely be back!!
