I had to wait 20 minutes even though I had an appointment as the manicurist couldn't see my appointment on her phone. I was also sat inbetween two school kids who yammered in my ear for the entire time so it was not relaxing. They don't take cards which I didn't know till I sat down so had to do a dash to the cash machine
