I showed up on time for my appointment, but the stylist was running behind and still working on two clients. I had to wait an extra 15 minutes. When she finally got to me, she asked if I was okay since I was quiet. I told her I was a bit annoyed about the constant delays, even with an appointment. Instead of just acknowledging it, she got all condescending and was like, 'Have you ever been to a hair salon before? Delays happen.' Then she refused me service.
