Hair cut was great and very happy in that respect. Unfortunately, i felt the customer service lacked a little. I was kept waiting for 30 minutes at the start. Payment needed to be done in cash which the website did not specify and so had to use a cash machine which charged in order to withdraw money. Irene was kind enough to reimburse for the cash machine charge but made no allowances for running 30 minutes late. Having said this, would use again as I’m happy with the hair cut and felt it was fairly good value for money.
