I've been for three sessions with ioanna and her experience is showing through. I'm a masters athlete and need work on my body to keep me running smoothly and pain free. She expertly and quickly finds areas of tension and uses the exact amount of pressure requires for that spot to ease it and provide long lasting relief from painful areas. I've been to numerous massage therapists over my career and she is without doubt the best!
