I have been going to Rachel now for 10 years and know she is amazing at what she does. I always leave feeling better in myself and the treatment I have chosen is always successful. I have recently used the Body Balancer which has helped a great deal with my menopause especially with fluid retention. I cannot recommend Rachel and Ishape enough!! Thank you!!
