I would encourage anyone to try out Ishape for themselves, all the revues in the world could not replace the
experience for themselves. I never go anywhere else. The other great advantage is that Rachel always keeps uptodate with the new treatments and incorporates them into the business. So there are plenty of packages etc. to choose from. xx

I have never had a body wrap before but I can honestly say it was "lovely". The big plus was of course the inches that were lost within the hour of treatment which was a welcome surprise. Rachel, is v ery professional and courteous and makes you feel "at home" and welcome. Would thoroughly recommend.
