Overall experience was nice. Haircut was what I asked for. Asking me each step my preference on how short I wanted it so that no mistakes were made

Staff are really nice and friendly. My only feedback is I want the tone a little bit darker. some lovely ash tones came through on the highlights, but the dye/colour could have been darker, which would have worked well with the root colour and lighter ash tones.
