Hair washing person was friendly, hairdresser was very patient and understanding of when I had to pick up a call then leave a little earlier than intended towards the end of the appointment. Also explained his process during each step of cutting my hair, which really gave me security that I would be satisfied with the end result.

Hairdresser was Really particular about cut. Easy to chat to. It was clear the team all got on well and a good atmosphere.
