I rated the service with Abigail not Caitlin.
Not really satisfied, used the equipment I wasn't happy with.
Even though I asked her to use different one, Abigail continued with her choice of equipment.
In effect, my hais was flat and still damp.

Great place with some wholesome and friendly staff. Donna is exemplary, the service she offers with a smile in addition to the conversations we have, I could not be happier.
