Overall experience was nice. Haircut was what I asked for. Asking me each step my preference on how short I wanted it so that no mistakes were made

my little girls hair cut is lovely my mum took her as I was working but I was told Ian took his time and was lovely

Staff are really nice and friendly. My only feedback is I want the tone a little bit darker. some lovely ash tones came through on the highlights, but the dye/colour could have been darker, which would have worked well with the root colour and lighter ash tones.

Abigail is a fantastic stylist who goes above and beyond. As do all staff at ISH. From the moment I arrived I was taken care of. Everyone works well together, the atmosphere is great. Abigail advised me on my colour query and worked her magic on my hair. I'm delighted with the result. I would highly recommend Abigail and all the staff. Great Hairdressers!
