Extremely friendly guy who puts you at ease throughout the treatment. The conversation is flows well and makes me laugh. Takes my mind of the potential pain. Yes it is going be painful, however, if you go regularly like I've been, then it eases. The aftercare given and advice is very helpful from Ian.
