I'm a Soft Tissue Therapy expert with 8 years of experience of practicing sports, deep tissue and holistic massage. I employ a combination of traditional teachings, the latest modern techniques and expertly-judged pressure to relax tired muscles and ease pain. Drawing on my experience as a yoga instructor, I will ensure you continue to reap the benefits of your massage by providing you with exercises to stretch and strengthen the body after your session. Welcome to Ian Stoneham Holistic & Sports Massage. Providing expert massage & bodywork at your home or at my dedicated home treatment room near Harringey mainline station.

Massage at your home:
Bookings within a 2-3 mile radius of Haringey station. Please contact me to confirm availability if you are unsure.

Areas served: Archway, Camden, Crouch End, Finsbury Park, Hackney, Hampstead Heath, Haringey, Hornsey, Holloway, Islington, Muswell Hill, Stoke Newington, Wood Green

When booking please ensure you will have enough space for a massage table (about 2 metre square will be sufficient) and be able to supply two bath sized towels. Everything else I've got covered and will bring with me.

The space is a dedicated massage room in the 3-story family home. The venue is conveniently situated close to plenty of public transport options and is just 5 minutes walk away from Haringey mainline station, ensuring a hassle-free journey to the venue. Paid on-street parking can be arranged with prior notice. Please let me know if you intend to drive when booking.
