facial was meant to be 1hr 10mins. lasted 40mins. the staff asked how long I had booked for and still did not provide the full time. told by beautition I had no blackheads I corrected her then she went in and out of the room saying she needed to find something to help her 'see better came back used tissue whilst poking me in the eye. didn't do my face only my nose. then told me wow you have loads! I was burnt with hot water from the steam machine so then that wasn't used.
Really disappointed that I work hard to earn money and then receive a treatment that wasn't what was offered!
Classic Facials
By far the most comfortable Hollywood wax I’ve had, I would for sure recommend getting a hot wax vs a strip wax as it is a lot less painful and more comfortable. The woman who did my wax was so lovely, she never made me feel awkward at all and was super quick and did a very good job, I was out of there in 15 minutes. I would’ve liked some sort of aloe Vera gel or soothing lotion to follow the treatment but other than that it was very good and I’d very highly recommend it.
