I was very please when I wanted to swap my manicure shellac with a pedicure one and she didnt say anything about paying the difference. Then after the treatment she charged me extra to my annoyance. Both the shellac manicure and pedicure full price are £30 so I do not know why I couldnt space the discounted manicure with a pedicure as there leaflet prices were the same, however I paid the difference.
The therapist herself was pleasant.
Staff are very friendly every time I visit this salon. The massage is very relaxing and well worth the money. I have returned to have a massage a couple of times and would definitely recommend to anyone.
Before it was better, but this time looked like a girl was hurry, to much hurts. She hed not removed enough hair, it didn't look carefully.
I hope next time will be fine.
The venue is much seedier than it appears in the photos but it seemed clean and nice enough. However, no soothing music was played in the room to distract you and no paper knickers were offered to make the experience a little less embarrassing. Which was fine for me, but maybe not so great for somebody a little more shy. The waxing process hurt a lot more than I remember it doing anywhere else and a lot of blobby bits of wax were left all over and sensitive areas were left sore and red. The strip of hair left is also a little wonky and there are quite a few straggly hairs remaining elsewhere which I've realised since leaving! The staff were nice but there was a bit of a language barrier, so that made things a little more awkward than I'd have liked. All together quite a horrible experience and I won't be returning. I'm just glad it only cost £11! If I'd paid the full £25 I would not be happy at all.
