It was my first time going to iBar. I had chosen it because of the good reviews.
The first thing I had noticed was that the girl who did my waxing stayed in the room whilst I removed my clothing. I felt quite uncomfortable. The waxing had started off well but then the wax was too hot and I found myself telling her many times that it's too hot. The worst part was that she would wax the same spot over and over and that was the most painful. She kept at it even when I said to her that it hurts. I should have stopped her but I thought I'd just get on with it thinking it'll be over soon. She wasn't very talkative and came across a little judgemental. It was all over in 15 minutes (as opposed to the allocated 30mins) and she had left patches unwaxed. Overall, I left feeling extremely unhappy and in a lot of pain. It's been a number of days since I had my wax and I'm still sore.

I was going on holiday and this was the only venue that had an appointment nearby at my time off work. I was not put at ease although I told her it was my first time for a hollywood. To my horror - she just kept on going without slowing down- making little giggle at each tug. I do like pain over asap - but this was not right plus when I got home I still had to shave. There was just silence as I got my manicure done and then I could just hear other staff talking and laughing with the manager from the other room. Both treatments took more than 3hrs and with no clock around and there were no other customers. I felt like I was in a really rough end of town and did not feel like a treatment. It was a low price - so I didn't expect great anyway - but I will definitely NOT be going back.

It was my first visit at this salon for Holland waxing and I gota admit it was absolutely amazing. .
Very quick and painted. . Pushma was very nice and friendly.
Definitely wil be going back :D
Hollywood Waxing
It was my first time for a Hollywood wax and I was scared beyond belief, but the staff was amazing and made me feel completely at ease. Ofcourse it hurt, but the lady (Benita) kept reassuring me and it really helped. Excellent experience, I've already convinced a friend for her first time to be done here next week. Would recommend to everyone!

The Ibar is good for parking and always has appointments availiable.
I go here regularly for my manicures, the staff are very pleasant.
