Staff were friendly and technique was proficient but hygiene and cleanliness appeared to be seriously lacking. Tools looked dirty and rusty and didn't seemed to be cleaned between clients.

Although Alex was lovely and the massage was good the place was not very clean and my massage was interrupted 3 times by someone coming into the room and rustling around trying to find things. Alex apologised but it was not ideal.
Deep Tissue Massage
The lady who did my wax was very thorough. She did a good job and made sure I wasn’t in any discomfort.
However the massage was something that needs to improve. I did say that I needed it very firm. But she did not put in what was needed.

Anh was very skilled and they gave me good suggestions to help me find the type of manicure that is best for me. Def recommend it.
