The staff were very welcoming. I was offered Peppermint and honey tea (which was very nice! I hadn’t tried that before)
Lovely music was playing which made the ambience very relaxing/calm.
I was late by about 12 minutes and even though my appointment didn’t start till about 25 minutes after the scheduled time - it gave me some to get money out the nearest cash point and the staff were attentive to make sure I didn’t felt forgotten.
Unfortunately, the room door for my treatment didn’t shut properly but the lady assured me that no one will come in while we were in the room. She used different products that I wasn’t familiar with but reassured me that they would produce good quality results - which they did as I was very pleased with the end result. After my treatment, she let me use the room in my own time to get ready (I needed the mirror to apply some make up on) and offered another cup of Peppermint tea. She told me about more services that she’s hoping to provide next year (laser treatments)
Shortly after I left, she ran out to find me as I had forgotten my eye liner in the room! I was very grateful for her effort to return it to me! I will definitely be going back!
