I got to my appointment on time at 4:30pm. The lash tech Anh was no where to be seen and no one else in the shop attended to me. I proceeded through the shop and saw another lady waiting and asked her if she was waiting for lashes she said yes then I saw Anh in a room still doing another customers lashes. There was a cat in the treatment room! Overall I waited an hour to be seen then my whole appointment felt rushed. I have taken the lashes out now as whatever she did caused some irritation.
