Overall very disappointed with the service and quality of the treatment. I told the therapist that it was painful where he was scrubbing soft skin on the back of my foot and was followed up with a blank stare. The drains smell foul which is very off putting, the finish of the pedicure is poor and not neat at all and to finish I was chased out of the shop by 2 members of staff shouting that I hadn’t paid when I had pre-paid on Treatwell.
