When I arrived for my appointment there was no none in the front of the salon. When the man came out of the toilet he told me that my treatment would be late because two other clients had been late. No apology. There was only one therapist doing two other clients' treatments, and when I asked how late it would be (currently 15 mins late) she was incredibly rude and told me I had been late so it was my fault (I arrived at 18:32 for a 18:30 appointment and no one was at reception for some time).
