Although the service is satisfactory, treatment rooms and wax machines are not clean. They have other people’s hair sticked on them. Also they need to check the appointments and what they involve beforehand because it is not professional to ask a customer what they have come for before other customers. These are private stuff.

my first ever Hollywood wax, it was quite sensitive but Anh was perfect throughout, she explained as she was going and encouraging. will definitely be going back, her husband was so polite and hospitable, definitely above average customer care. he did my pedicure and provided a really cheerful atmosphere. very impressed with my overall first time experience, felt pampered
