The best wax - Anh is excellent and does her best to make you comfortable, lessen the pain, and be as thorough as possible. Great value. I've been twice and will keep coming back!

Although the staff were late to provide the service, when they did it was lovely. Anh was very attentive and friendly and made us feel welcome. The man who greeted us open arrival was very nice and so chatty. He offered drinks multiple times and refills! I would definitely come back again.

The room was dirty and during my eyelash extensions people kept walking in and out of the room and the lady kept leaving to talk to other people.
The lashes have lasted a while but they burnt like hell for the first few days as I think they were too close to my skin as I’ve had many extensions done before and never had this problem.
The price is good but the room is dirty and I concerned about hygiene levels.

Although I had to wait 25mins, Anh’s husband was attentive and had a nice chat with me while I waited. Anh was really lovely and she gave me a lot of information in regards to ingrown hair issues I had. I’m happy with the waxing and my skin feels nice and smooth!
