Very lovely staff and treatment

A very well priced and welcoming venue, however the treatments were below expectation.
My lashes looked good as I left the venue. After closer inspection at home I realised they were too heavy for my lashes.
After a week:
Some had dropped lower than the other lashed.
Some had flipped upside down
After two weeks:
Big clumps had fallen out
Big gaps in my lashes
After four weeks:
Majority of my natural lashes have fallen out and I have very tiny little lashes left.
I'm now using a serum to help them grow back faster.
